Wellbeing comes first
All scans are carried out with the wellbeing of mother and baby as the first priority. Your scan does not replace NHS maternity care, and you should continue attending all NHS appointments.
Have a scan booked?
Before Your Visit
If you are under 26 weeks please drink plenty of water an hour before your scan and arrive with a full bladder as this helps obtain the best images possible. You are welcome to bring as many family, friends and children as you like.
